Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address (for magic-link authentication)
• Drink logs you enter (volume, ABV, time, duration, notes)
• Profile: weight, sex, timezone, elimination rate, GLP-1 flag
• Subscription state (Stripe customer/subscription IDs)
• Mobile phone number (only if you opt in to morning reminder SMS in Settings → Notifications). See our SMS policy for details.
• Product analytics events (PostHog, if key configured)

SMS messaging

Phone numbers are collected only when a user explicitly opts in to the morning reminder text inside the app, with a separate consent checkbox. Numbers are stored encrypted at rest, used only to send the opted-in reminder (about one message per day), and never shared with third parties or used for marketing. SMS consent is not a condition of using any other feature of PourTrak. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or toggle the reminder off in-app.

Your rights

• Export all your data as CSV from Settings → Data
• Delete your account (30-day soft-delete retention, then hard delete)
